I love soup even when it's not cold out and this Baked Potato Soup is a big hit at my house. Instead of using flour as a thickening agent I use instant potato flakes because my daughter has an intolerance to gluten.

Do you use the same amount of instant potatoes?

I always crave for soup, especially chowder soup. Baked Potato Soup seems good but never tried to prepare one. Seems easy to prepare, so this will be my next recipe for the week.
